Pastor Kris Shoemaker (Rabbi Yehudah ben Shomeyr) is a Jewish Believer in Messiah Yeshua (Jesus Christ) and was raised in a Christian home. He accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior at the tender age of six and dedicated his life to fulltime service for Him at age thirteen. From that point on Kris has been involved in a multitude of various ministries from Churches and Synagogues to youth, street, camp, jail, and nursing homes, just to name a few.

He is a graduate of the Free Will Baptist Bible (Welsh) College in Nashville Tennessee and has received his B.A. in Bible and Missions (1996).

He has been married to his wife Pam for over 25 years and together they have a daughter, Arianna and a son-in-law (Patrick).

They have lived in Plaster Rock New Brunswick Canada for over a decade.

He received his Rabbinic ordination via Abraham's Descendants International, and received his Ministerial Ordination through Emmanuel Fellowship Inc. Canada. He is both a Rabbi and a Pastor.

Currently he pastors Root of Yeshua Congregation and teaches and ministers online.
